Welcome to our class!

There are presently twenty-three students in our class.  We are one of  four sixth grade classrooms at Meadow Brook Intermediate School in College Place, Washington.  College Place is a small town next to Walla Walla, Washington, the Blue Mountains, and the Oregon border.  The Whitman Mission is also close by.

Here are some good sites to find out more about our area:

My Mission

It is my mission as an educator to create a desirable learning environment in my classroom.  While showing my students that I care and am concerned about them and their education, I will also set realistically high expectations of effort and behavior.  I will use instructional time efficiently, providing adequate opportunities for my students to play an active role in their own education.  In my thoughts and actions I will make every effort to motivate each child to fulfill their full potential.
